In general, there are three payment ways for your choice.
1. Order total amount less than USD 10,000 or Euro8,000, full payment in advance.
2. Order total amount more than USD 10,000 or Euro8,000, 30% down payment, the balance will be paid upon the copy of B/L by fax.

At present, we mainly take payment by following method:
1. by wire transit via bank - it is fast and preference way.
2. by Western Union - we can get payment immediately by western union. please show the following information to your bank:

Based on different item, delivery time varies according to quantity and sales season. The production within 30 days after receiving down payment or L/C at sight and samples approval.

Yes, on most occasions we make production according to your design and request. DONGDI also welcome worldwide OEM/ODM business with private brand or labels.
(H),Can I ask Special Packing?
Yes, DONGDI is willing to provide special packing subject to your bearing extra packing charge.
(I),Are all items shown on website from stock?
Some of items on hot sales are available in stock, we will confirm if your ordered items are available once getting your order.
(J),Can I order samples?
Yes, you can order samples for evaluation, but it is subject to following terms:
1. The sample is available in stock.
2. We will charge sample fee and shipping cost.
(K),Can you send me a catalogue?
As we update products almost every month, so at present we can not provide you the newest catalogue, but we can send you E-catalogue as per your preference by a separate e-mail.
(L),What about Duty/Tax?
You need not pay any customs duty to China when you buy these items from DONGDI, but whether you need pay import duty or tax in your country, please check with your customs.

FOB means Free On Board, only for product price, it does not include shipping cost, insurance and import duty at your end.

Shipping cost varies as per different products, quantity and shipping method, you can check basic shipping cost when you browse products online after you login website. The exact shipping cost will be confirmed after you specify products and quantity.

You can make shipping by yourself and advise us the contact information of the forwarder agent in China before production completion, or you can ask DONGDI to arrange shipping on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid freight before shipping.

If you want to cover insurance on shipment, you can arrange insurance by yourself or ask DONGDI to do this on behalf of yourself subject to your prepaid premium before shipping.
(Q),I don't find the items I need, what can I do?
We have more than 1000 pcs different items in database, we only show a part of them online, if you could not find preference items, please send us inquiry with your detailed specifications and, design and request, we will send you product information by E-catalogue as per your preference.

(R),What kind of currency can you accept?
At present, we only accept US Dollar and Euro.
(S),What country can you arrange shipping to?
We can arrange shipping anywhere as per your request, we will quote you exact shipping cost once you confirm order quantity, shipping method and detailed address
(T),What merchandise names on these products?
Most of products with normal neutral brand name and neutral packing unless you ask OEM or ODM for larger quantity order.
(U),What warranty do you offer for the merchandise?
1. For most products, which price from US$2 to US$10, items come with a 3 months warranty UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 1 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.
2. For most products, which price higher than US$10, items come with a 6 months warranty UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.
